I hope you had a blessed Christmas holiday with New Year’s just around the corner.
Can you believe it’s the final Wednesday of 2023? This is one of our last opportunities to pray together as a spiritual family.
I’m grateful for our incredible journey as a church community this year. Let’s pause and thank God for His constant faithfulness.
2023 has been a year of the miraculous, seeing God’s presence made known as we reached out to Fort Worth’s community and campuses, sharing the good news of His love and grace.
Together, we’ve achieved much in fulfilling our mission—a testament to God’s work through ordinary people accomplishing extraordinary things.
From the launch of MosaicFortWorth.com to insightful Bible studies of John, Jude, and Acts, impactful services like our Easter gathering at Benbrook Middle-High School, and the beautiful Christmas Eve candlelight service just a few days ago—every step has been a testament to His presence in our midst.
Moreover, our partnerships with local organizations and the school district, baptisms, and the incredible efforts to support our community and campuses through initiatives like Community Lunches & Dinners, the One2One app, and the generous contributions to various causes like MosaicProjectChristmas.com and LIVE BIG Sunday—each action reflects God’s love working through us.
And while all of those things are good, none compare to the number of new names, lives, and families added to our spiritual family this year—with many more disciples of Jesus to be made on the horizon.
As we say goodbye to 2023 with gratitude, let’s center our prayers on the year ahead. May we draw closer to God, uncover His purpose for our lives more deeply, and fully embrace His holiness in all we are called to do, glorifying Him.
Let’s prayerfully seek the full spectrum of God’s blessings—wisdom, discernment, joy, hope, peace, faith, grace, mercy, provision, protection, strength, and more—for the upcoming year as we continue engaging, establishing, equipping, and empowering more people to connect with God and His people in the places where we live, work, and play.
Join us as we reflect on the blessings of this past year and anticipate all that lies ahead in 2024 as we continue making disciples of Jesus—through the core values of worship, community and mission in a multiethnic, multigenerational context.
I can’t wait to celebrate with you tonight at 8 pm via Zoom.
God bless,
Pastor Alvin & Mallary Brown

Additionally, we will make space to pray for God to extend His reach beyond the limits of our city and into the world, seeking His wisdom, unity, safety, and provision for the following people and initiatives:

Let’s pray for Campus Missionary, Shannon Vaz, who serves Grace Covenant Church and Howard University in Washington D.C.. Whether overseas or down the street, the power of the gospel is all-encompassing, and Shannon greatly desires to see people everywhere, especially college-aged students, transformed by the grace, truth, and love of knowing Jesus as their Savior and Lord.
Let’s pray for Pastor Greg and Suzanne Albrecht as they establish a church in Cardiff, the capital of Wales, one of the four nations in the United Kingdom. Their vision is for a renewed movement of God fostering discipleship across Wales and beyond. The Albrecht family passionately supports Jesus’ work through His church, aiming to reach communities and campuses where only a small population embraces Jesus daily.
