Does this sound familiar? We likely all know what it feels like to sit hopelessly in the tension of a wounded relationship of someone we deeply care for. 

Last week, we were reminded that God’s mission is lived out in ordinary places—where we live, work, and play—and that we are called to reflect His love, justice, and mercy without slipping into the world’s harmful patterns, whether through action or silence.

As we reflect this week, let’s return to what Jesus said in John 4: “Lift up your eyes.”
