September has departed, making way for the autumn winds of October to enliven Fort Worth with a festive Fall charm. 🍂
And how do we know this, you ask?
Well, for one, Fort Worth is buzzing with lively festivals taking place at nearly every church, school, and various organizations across every street corner—with ciders, pumpkins, face painting, bounce houses, and, let’s not overlook the charming addition of hay bales in tow.
What a joy it is, too! It’s heartwarming to witness people gathering, enjoying good food, fun activities, and the joy of making new friends while catching up with old ones.
What could be better, right? Well, picture this:
A 3-day Fall Festival in Cape Town, South Africa, where over 5,000 of your closest relatives gather to witness an incredible move of God.
However, this wasn’t just a 3-day Fall Festival or conference.  It was more than that!Â
It was our triennial global family reunion, Every Nation Go Conference, where our Every Nation family from all corners of the world gathered for a time of connection, empowerment, and worship.
Something truly indescribable happens when different cultures, nations, and languages unite to worship the God of all creation and seek His guidance to take the gospel to the nations.
Don’t take my word for it—experience the highlights in this year’s recap video showcasing how God has uniquely set us apart for His mission as He performs miracles along the way.
Although we couldn’t attend this year, we celebrated from afar, anticipating the miracles, signs, and wonders God revealed and continues to reveal. We look forward to reuniting with our global family to worship God in 2026: Manila, Philippines.
And if you didn’t know, Mosaic Church Fort Worth is part of the Every Nation family of churches. This global family spans 1,100 campuses worldwide, including 466 churches, and has extended its reach to 82 out of 115 nations over the past three decades and continues to grow.
Our commitment involves equipping, empowering, and sending leaders to establish new churches and campus ministries in every nation, making the story of Jesus personally known to people around the globe.
In fulfilling this ongoing mission, we are thrilled to share the news of Bria Lacour joining us as our college campus missionary, primarily serving at Texas Christian University. Additionally, she’ll engage with Dallas Baptist University and other college and high school campuses in the near future. 🎉
Bria Lacour :: Campus Missionary
Bria, a native of Houston, Texas, graduated from the University of Texas at Austin (UT) and has actively engaged with Mosaic Church for nearly a decade and Every Nation Campus at UT for six years, serving in various leadership roles. Bria is deeply passionate about guiding students, particularly young women, to discover their true worth and identity in Christ through discipleship. With her parents and siblings becoming believers and followers of Jesus, Bria’s story exemplifies our goal of reaching students with the Gospel, transforming not only their lives but also their families.
Bria has already taken on this role wholeheartedly, actively leading efforts to establish Every Nation Campus chapters at TCU and DBU by next year (potentially earlier by God’s grace!). She engages weekly with student leaders, equipping them to share the Gospel and establish a strong biblical foundation using the One2One app.
Join us in partnering with Bria and our local church as we seek God’s provision for the following:
Sending 20 high school seniors and college-aged students from Fort Worth to the 2024 ENC Conference in Orlando, Florida, from Jan 2nd-4th.
Similar to the Every Nation Go Conference 2023, the ENC Student Conference gathers thousands of high school seniors and college students nationwide to encounter God, and become equipped and empowered to make disciples of Jesus. Â
For just $149 and a three-day hotel stay at the World Center Marriott in Orlando, Florida, it’s an unbeatable opportunity to deepen their faith, learn how to share the Gospel of Jesus, and forge lifelong friendships.
Know high school seniors or college-aged students? Then, help us spread the word about this opportunity.
Better yet, consider funding a student’s trip (or more) with a one-time $500 gift (covering event, hotel, and transportation costs), actively contributing to bringing the Gospel to students and their families, like Bria and her family, and many more to come.
As we keep sharing the Gospel with students on campus and start seeing promising signs, we’re also noticing our community engagement growing week by week, much like the early Church we’re reading about in Acts.
In our latest sermon series, ‘We Are The Church,’ we’re exploring the book of Acts and how it influences us as believers to embody the practicality of being Jesus’ hands and feet, not just in our community but also on campuses.
In October, we focused on our core value of worship, examining it through the lens of the four foundational pillars that steered the early Church in Acts.Â
When we live lives devoted to worship Jesus above all else—people, places, and things, willing to make any sacrifice for His sake, just as He atoned for our sins, we, too, can experience what the early Church of Acts did.
And we’re grateful to God for this local body reflecting this reality that in Jesus and His Gospel, all things hold together and find meaning as well as a sense of belonging—global spiritual family.
So, we press on toward the mark of the high calling, we do so with hearts full of gratitude and thankfulness, led by the Spirit to be a people, a church devoted to a worship of making disciples of Jesus in a multiethnic, multigenerational context.
And with Thanksgiving only days away, it goes without saying…
We’re immensely grateful to God for your ongoing partnership in spreading the Gospel of Jesus throughout the communities and campuses of Fort Worth.
Wishing you a blessed Thanksgiving ahead!
God bless,
