Psalms. Prayers. God on the Move.

Corrie Ten Boom’s question echoes (and continues to echo) in our hearts:

“Is prayer your steering wheel or your spare tire?”

In other words—are we letting prayer lead our lives or only turning to it in emergencies?

As March unfolded at Mosaic, we chose to steer—with prayer leading the way.

We launched into ‘A Prayer for Psalms and Hope,’ a six-week sermon series that helped us not only know what to pray, but also how to pray—with honesty, longing, and hope that holds fast.

Week by week, we let the Psalms guide our prayers across six key areas of life—anchoring our hearts in Jesus and helping us pray not just for ourselves but with each other.

Psalm 133 reminded us that when we pray together across generations, God commands a blessing—and we’ve seen it.

From joyful community lunches to the voices of our youngest worshippers, we saw unity of the Spirit at work through the bond of peace.

And on the campus, God’s blessing is growing in a commanding fashion at TCU.

ENC student leaders, Joya and Ella, leading a group of peers through WikiChurch.

Every Nation student leaders—led by Bria Lacour—are witnessing God change lives day by day.

Students are encountering Jesus, committing to Him, growing through the One2One app, and inviting others to join them. Some are even studying WikiChurch, asking how to make disciples themselves.

Meanwhile, Psalm 101 calls us to love what God loves—and that includes our neighbors.

So, alongside our ongoing partnership with Rolling Hills Elementary, we began supporting nearby Luella Merrett Elementary.

With school supplies and open hearts, we stepped in to reflect Jesus in practical ways—meeting needs and building bridges in our city.

And just as we pour out, we also receive.

We ended March at Plant Fort Worth’s monthly gathering, joining churches across the city for a meal, encouragement, and prayer.

Pastor Tyler Jones from Vintage Church in Raleigh, NC, reminded us that true Gospel multiplication starts with surrender to Jesus.

When we’ve been loved by the Father, engaged by the Son, and filled by the Spirit—we live and lead in a way that transforms.

He called us to be disciples who repent, wait on God, go boldly, and rejoice deeply in Jesus. That’s how transformation takes root—in us, and through us, so that Spirit transforms others to be and look more like Jesus daily.

And that’s been the heart of this month.

From sorrow to joy, desperation to gratitude, the Psalms have led us into deeper prayer and firmer hope. Not as a backup plan when we don’t know what else to do, but as our first step of a faith forward in Jesus.

So let the Psalms guide you, too, just like they’re guiding us. Let each Psalm shape your heart and stir your prayers where you live, work, and play.

Because of your generosity and faithful prayers, you’re helping spread the love of Jesus every day—on campus, in the city, and beyond.

And by God’s grace, we’ll keep going—together. One step, one story, one surrendered heart at a time.

We miss you. We love you. We hope to see you soon!
