A Family Christmas

Finding Christmas isn’t about decorations, traditions, or getting everything just right. 

Truth be told, all families have a way of turning love into a competition of comparing and keeping score. We measure who’s winning, who’s on par, yet soon to fall behind, and who’s flat out losing. 

We all know what it’s like to put something on that doesn’t fit, and that isn’t really us. A version of ourselves meant to fit in, keep the peace, or get what we think we need. 

If someone summed up your life and relationships in one or two sentences, what would they find?
