Join us for our prayer call today via Zoom from 12 pm to 12:30 pm. We’re focusing our hearts on something near and dear to us: our schools.
Fort Worth is a diverse and vibrant city. Our schools are where all that diversity comes together. People of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures intersect there every day, shaping the fabric of our community.
So, as we pray, our main focus will be asking Jesus to be at the center of it all. We want everyone involved in our schools to experience the goodness of the Lord, just like David talked about in Psalms 34.
In addition to praying for our schools, we’ll lift up the upcoming Fort Worth ISD Community Meetings and Strategic Planning Process. These meetings are happening at various schools over the next few days, and we want to cover them in prayer.

Praying from Psalms 34, here’s what we’ll be focusing on:
- Unity: God’s unity would be maintained throughout the meetings, bringing all together in harmony and understanding.
- Grace and Truth: Constructive feedback given with grace and truth, rooted in love, for the betterment of all schools and communities.
- Wisdom and Discernment: God grants wisdom, discernment, and revelation to all involved, guiding them in decision-making and leading to peace and prosperity for our city.
- Goodness and Peace: leaders, educators, administrators, parents, and students would seek and pursue God’s peace in doing good for all and not evil at the expense of one another.
Let’s be the change through prayer and attendance of these community meetings. Let’s pray for God to align hearts and agendas with His will, moving forward in unity and faith.
Your presence is greatly appreciated. Join us in making a difference for our schools and communities to experience the goodness of Jesus.
See you at 12 pm sharp!
God bless,

Additionally, we will make space to pray for God to extend His reach beyond the limits of our city and into the world, seeking His wisdom, unity, safety, and provision for the following people and initiatives:

As we gather in prayer, let’s raise up Campus Missionary, Lyshia Johnson, who serves on George Mason University’s campus (GMU). Lyshia’s heart cry is for every person at GMU to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ, to believe, and to have eternal life through her proclaiming the gospel, disciplining students, and preparing them to change the world!
Let’s pray for Pastor Rodney and Gabby Jordan as they plant Revival Point Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee. With a fervent desire to love God and people and reach communities with the Gospel, they believe God has called them to Chattanooga to help people encounter Jesus’ love and fulfill their purpose.
